Under the cover of darkness, a blindfolded young woman is led into a dimly lit room. Her heart races as she feels the rough grip on her arm, guiding her towards an unfamiliar sensation. Suddenly, the blindfold is pulled away, revealing her brother standing before her, fully erect. In a stroke of sick twisted fate, he has decided to take advantage of her trust and their unique situation. As she gasps in shock, he roughly pushes her onto the bed, climbing on top of her.
