Scene opens with Sarah, a 27-year-old attractive woman, watering her plants while wearing a see-through robe. She looks over to see her gorgeous 30-year-old neighbor, Chris, working on his car shirtless. Their eyes lock and there's an immediate sexual tension between them. Chris finishes what he's doing and casually walks over to Sarah, his bulging biceps flexing under his tattoos. He teasingly asks if she needs any help with her watering. She bites her lip, clearly aroused, and says no but thanks for offering. He leans in close and whispers, "I could help you with something else if you want." He lightly runs his hand down her exposed thigh, causing her to shiver with anticipation.
