The film opens with a close-up of a pair of succulent, hairy armpits. As the camera slowly pans down, we see a beautiful woman bound and gagged on a table. She struggles in vain against her restraints as the person filming begins to run their tongue along her arm pit, teasing and taunting her. The scene cuts to another man who's face is covered in oil, he's also bound and gagged as he watches the action unfold. A third person, a woman dressed like a doctor, enters the frame holding a large syringe filled with a clear liquid. She approaches the bound man's armpit and begins to inject the liquid, causing him to twitch and gasp for air. The camera zooms in on his armpit as it starts to swell and become engorged. The doctor then moves on to the second man, repeating the process.
