The doctor's fingers brushed against her sensitive skin, feeling her either side of the stirrups. "Am I making you uncomfortable?" she asked, her voice low and sultry. Moments later, he pressed the speculum against her opening, slowly opening her up.
"I thought this was a medical exam," she gasped, trying to hide her arousal. "Not a... personal appointment."
His eyes met hers, filled with heat and promise. "I'm just following procedure," he whispered, stripping off his gloves and tossing them aside.
She gasped as his fingers found her entrance once again, this time slippery with anticipation. "I-is that really necessary?" she stammered, feeling his warmth surround her.
"I think it is," he murmured, thrusting gently inside her. "My love for you is as deep as the ocean."
