Young, inexperienced Katerina Kay visits a new doctor seeking treatment for her persistent cough. Unbeknownst to her, the doctor is obsessed with her and has other plans. He begins the examination innocently but eventually escalates to touching her intimately. Surprised and flustered, Katerina tries to resist but finds it increasingly difficult to do so as the doctor's advances continue.
